At Solei Sea, we want you to love your footwear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure your products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn footwear in its original box and include all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
